Cancellation Policy

This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below by and between The Sorted House Co (the “Service Provider”) and the undersigned individual or entity (the “Client”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will provide professional organising services to the Client. 1. Scope of Services 1.1 Agreed Services The Service Provider agrees to perform professional organizing services as described in the agreed-upon service plan, which may include but is not limited to: • Decluttering and organising. • Moving management assistance. • Home management solutions. • Presale soft staging services (excluding furniture or products). 1.2 Additional Services Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the initial scope shall require a written amendment to this Agreement and may incur additional fees. 1.3 Results The Client acknowledges that results depend on their active participation and cooperation during the organising process. 2. Service Conditions 2.1 Access and Workspace: • The Client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the areas to be organised. • The Client is responsible for ensuring the workspace is free from hazardous conditions, including but not limited to pests, mold, or structural instability. 2.2 Disclosure of Hazards: • The Client must disclose any known risks, including fragile or irreplaceable items, hazardous materials, or structural issues, prior to the session. 2.3 Photography and Documentation: • The Service Provider may take photographs or videos before, during, and after the session for internal use or promotional purposes. • All media will exclude personal information, faces, and names unless the Client provides prior written consent. 2.4 Limits of Service: • The Service Provider does not provide cleaning, repair, or pest removal services. • The Client is solely responsible for decisions regarding the disposal, donation, or sale of items. 3. Payment Terms 3.1 Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the quoted session fee is required at the time of booking to secure the session. 3.2 Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.3 Additional Costs: • Storage solutions, labeling, and donation/rubbish removal services will incur additional charges. • These charges will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the session and must be paid at the conclusion of the session. 3.4 Late Paym
